Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Wellness Sanctuary.
By booking or attending one of our sessions, circles, or retreats, you agree to the following terms. These are here to keep everyone safe, supported, and respected within the space we hold together.
 

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official platforms (such as Eventbrite or website).

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the event details.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Tickets and bookings are non-refundable.

  • You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend, just let us know in advance so we can update the attendee list.

  • If The Wellness Sanctuary must cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll be offered the choice of a new date or a full refund.

3. Health & Wellbeing

  • Our offerings are designed to support relaxation, self-discovery, and wellbeing, but they are not a substitute for medical care or therapy.

  • Please let us know before the session if you have any health concerns, injuries, or conditions that may affect your participation.

  • Sound baths are not suitable for those in the first or third trimester of pregnancy or with a pacemaker.

  • You are responsible for listening to your own body and choosing what feels safe for you throughout the session.

4. Liability

By attending, you agree that the Wellness Sanctuary, its facilitators, and venues are not liable for any injury, loss, or harm that may arise during or after participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.

5. Respectful Space

Our sanctuary is built on kindness, compassion, and respect.
We ask that all participants:

  • Honour each other’s boundaries and personal space.

  • Maintain confidentiality, what’s shared in the space stays in the space.

  • Respect the energy and flow of the session.

Anyone behaving disrespectfully may be asked to leave without refund.

6. Photography & Media

Occasionally, we may take photos or short videos during sessions for use on our website or social media.
We will always ask for your consent before including you in any imagery.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy completely. Any personal or health information you share is kept confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
