Cacao & Sound at BWB Whetstone

A beautiful evening to slow down, connect and come back to yourself.

Join Sarah for a heart-led cacao ceremony, where we’ll gently slow down, set an intention and take some time to listen inwardly before settling into a deeply relaxing sound journey.

We’ll share ceremonial cacao, explore intention and reflection, and then allow the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments to help you soften, release and simply receive.

No experience needed. No expectations. No need to “feel” anything.

Just a warm, welcoming space to pause, breathe and give yourself some time.

Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more connected to yourself.
