Fire Retreat

As the days grow darker and winter invites us to slow down, there is something powerful about finding the fire within.

This December, join us for a day of gently reconnecting with your inner spark. Your creativity, passion, excitement and the parts of you that are ready to come alive.

We’ll begin with gentle self-enquiry and breathwork, creating space to turn inward, listen to what’s stirring and ignite your inner fire.

From there, we’ll move into visioning and creativity, exploring what you want to bring more of into your life and creating a vision board from that place of possibility.

There’ll be cacao to warm the heart centre and invite in gratitude, a deeply soothing sound bath, time for peaceful reflection, and nourishing homemade food to enjoy.

You’ll also be invited into a mini photoshoot, embodying the element of fire. A chance to connect with yourself, play with your expression…
